Challenge
As a successful creator of iconic products, Bugaboo wanted to know whether there was room for more market penetration. When it comes to strollers, it is just like spaghetti sauce: some like it basic and some like it chunky.
Approach
We boarded for LA; a different world from the Dutch bicycle ridden towns and cities. Big cars, plenty of accessories and booming beach life inspired strategic thinking around the potential of Bugaboo's portfolio. We met Bugaboo fans and fans to be and found out about future pockets of growth.

Result
The foundation for the portfolio as it is today was laid. There was plenty of room next to the initial products and stretched the brand further.
