Challenge

Allen & Overy is convinced about the power of diversity and inclusion. They organized a ‘All-in week’ to bring awareness around the topic. The challenge was to engage colleagues across the organization and to start a true dialogue on issues and opportunities.

Approach

Together with the team we investigated where are the true issues beyond the facing of the topic of diversity and inclusion. We invited senior management to be open in their thoughts, behavior and personal experience when it comes to inclusion and exclusion. Broadcasted from a studio Leonie van Mierlo gave a keynote speech followed by an engaged discussion and interaction with the participants.

Result

The event contributed to the awareness that inclusion shows it true face in daily behavior of people within the culture that is known to people. And that the assignment for every colleagues, independent of background or rank, is be aware of that and to take the initiative to do things differently yourself as start for collective change.
