The Ministry of Defence launched her new multi-year Strategy in which Diversity and Inclusion is mentioned as one of the focus points. But what does diversity and inclusion mean to the organization and what is needed to make the change?
Together with the HR-manager we developed an approach. During an off-site Leonie van Mierlo inspired the Management Team with valuable insights on the chances and challenged on the topic. Subgroups discussed their attitude towards D&I and collectively we defined next steps that would help the team to get engaged.
